News Swedish SAMÖ-KKÖ 2011 Exercise: EURDEP transmission statistics are available
2/7/2011 11:27:00 AM

Dear EURDEP user, please note that the EURDEP transmission statistics are now available on the restricted web-site under "Download / EURDEP / Exercises". The green cells indicate the hours in which we could download one or more files, the red cells are the hours when there was no data made available from your national network. Each cell also contains a number indicating the number of files that were transferred from your ftp-server to our EURDEP system. If there is a large number of files transferred, it indicates a problem that the date/time stamp of the national file is 'renewed' even if the file contains no new data. Also note that the precision of the statistics is low, because we pull every 15 minutes and our pulling may not coincide with the time in which new files are created on the national ftp-server. Comments are welcome on eurdep-comments@jrc.ec.europa.eu. We will contact the countries that did not participate to the exercise.

In addition you are asked to login to the EURDEP web-site and in particularly check that your national data is arriving on the EURDEP web-site without errors and with a minimum delay. Please make sure before the exercise that you can login to the EURDEP web-site http://eurdep.jrc.ec.europa.eu, during the exercise that your national data appears on the EURDEP web-site and after the exercise to report the inconcistencies and errors. Thanks in advance for your collaboration.
